I'm peaceful from the loss

I'm panicked for the wasted time
I'm glad for lessons learned
I'm grateful for the time alone
Reflecting on the burns

I'm sorry for the casualty
I'm hurting as I mend
I'm certain of some outcomes
That will make a better end.

I'm eager for the future
I'm joyful in God's will
I'm confident that beauty lies
